Kick-off to the summer concert series


This is the most important project on our agenda.

An open house.  Introducing the new IVCC

Moontree, the kick off to the summer concerts in the park series.

Free to exhibit.  Chamber membership not necessary for this event.

Set up time curfew.

First come, first serve.    Drive-in movie style flea market.  

Use a chalk line marker to make lanes.  For the PC crowd - flour

Exhibiting is conditional.   Raffle?   All vendors must supply merchandise, gift card/certificate in exchange for exposure

I’m treating the moontree as a lost leader.  It’s not about finances for now.   It’s about chamber awareness.    

We can be ready.    We’re there because of attitude.

Yeah, we’re gonna fumble a few times, but by Bluegrass, we’ll have it locked in.

The IV News advertising budget [2 be established] will be stretched.
